this kit has more unique bits then i've seen in a set like this. I had been unable to determine the size of the screws in a Motorola DCH-3400. i found the tip in this set. everything works well.

this was highly recommended to fix, repair, and service coffee and espresso equipment in a forum i am a member of. the La Pavone lever espresso machine wasn't right for the longest and finally got around to this project. i figured i would do it myself, but didn't see how that would be possible without this tools. tool kit arrived in about 2 days from order with priority 3 day. that was impressive. after that i cleaned, fixed, and refurbished a few machines including the La Pavone. with so many security fastener pieces that i didn't expect, it seemed like i could keep going. since repairs i have made over 50 espresso drinks. i'll keep this tool kit around for preventive maintenance on equipment that supposed to be unrepairable.

Our GAGGIA Titanium stopped responding and our only option was to ship it to a factory in New Jersey for warranty. Ugh! Really? Until I read about this screwdriver kit which has the tool for the GAGGIA Titanium. After 7 days in shipping to my office and about 2 days of repairs, espressos are back in our shop. I am sure I can fix any coffee machine with the right tool. reasonable prices, nice people, and fast shipping.

Great tool set that's individually packaged. This is one of my top selling items that have people coming back for more and getting referrals. Would be nice to get a better deal ordering in bulk.

just got a new job with the cable company. instead of breaking the time warner cable box i was able to use the key. if it wasn't for my friend purchasing a key from you first I never would have known you exist. HORRIBLE at first. I seriously just wanted to pick up a few catv star keys. I drove an HOUR all over town looking for a legitimatize place to buy and I was already furious from a bad day. I got a tip from sales person that they order their goods here. Went online to place my order and my credit card got rejected 3 times because it said I didn't know my own billing address. What!? I contacted them by web mail to get there help and back after confirming with me they found I was putting a negative sign in between my appartment address. I didn't realize that. After that everything went smooth as a babies face. Shipping was fast, package was packed well, and I love what I received. It is described well - and probably should cost more for what you get. One of the finest tools we have used in long time. I foresee these wrenches working for cable locating for a long time.

i bought 5 of the star cable lock key for twc locks. i am happy that they all work; and they were received very fast.
