apparently there is a plastic black or brown square thing on the back of the cable box. well its broken or rather slightly wiggly; and i was accused of breaking it by the cable guy. i was warned that if i return the box in this condition i would charged a fine for tampering. i explained i had no idea how it had happened and i refuse responsibly. not wanting to deal with future drama - i bought a new one and pop it in. i dont know what happened to the previous little thing. but i am happy to find a replacement to make everything cool again.
