this is my third order. my first order was me. my second order was for my cousin. and my previous order is for my bother. they all wanted to stop using the plastic type tool and switch over to the full metal ones when they saw mine. in my opinion these are excellent tools to take lock off a cable box and them back on a pedestal. we place brutal use on these tools and haven't been disappointed. thanks for the fast shipping all 3 times.

This cable box tool works like it is supposed to. It is built of solid metal and slips into security pedestal lock without force. this cable box tool works very well.

I got tired of the cheap cable box tools, I decided to spend the money and try out one of these since my coworker recommended it highly. after 4 month is hasn't disappointed. This is made of stronger metal i suppose, even though the cable box tool isn't heavier. its actually a very light steel. very fast shipping and good customer service. thanks.

i own a computer network cable installation company. i originally approached these fine people in assistance for selecting a proper key tool. i didn't have a cable company name or know which consulting company mounted the telco box that we needed to run cables into. our client wanted us to open the cable box to put another cable inside. i sent over a few pictures to the sales people of the mechanism and viola i was luckily recommended a key that worked. it took about 2 days for delivery which was fine since we had 10 days to finalize the project. overall i am pleased with this company.

working for rogers i have used similar terminators that cost almost nothing. the cheaper ones need a can of WD-40 to loosen up the splines. several of them have broken on me; and the filter just spins around the tip. the difference between this one and the other Pronged Terminator Tools is the shaft doesn't twist under high torque. the fins in this one spring back without spraying wd-40 into the shaft. normally the cheap ones last a week or two, so I used to buy about 10 of them. after 3 months of hardcore abuse this pronged terminator still has prongs, that spring back.

opening repairing COX cable boxes is a daily routine. Has anyone opened a DCX3400-M? If you have then you know the little security caps will break. before we can receive credit for a fixed cable box, it is necessary that we don't crack them off. the tampering piece has to be replaced on every refurbished field pull. i like to purchase mine here since they are always new. i used to get them off another guy on the cheap, but his are field pulls and they normally crack upon insertion. and availability was only when he recycled some Motorola cable boxes. these are always in stock. i like the fact that they are brand new and prices here can't be argued with. especially when you buy in bulk.

i needed to take apart the jura impressa f7 and a capresso in order to clean them and reset the cup count. I needed four different torx hexagonal and an oval unique screwdriver bit to remove all the screws. pricing them separately was more than the cost of this screwdriver set that has everything that I needed; and then some. once received i removed oval screws and hexagonal torx screw from the top back and side panels. emptied the bean water and the water tray. with the right screwdrivers i was able to avoid dismantling the coffee grinder and its hopper. this allowed me to keep the hopper rubber seals. All in all the repair went swell and I couldn't have pulled it off without the torx and oval screwdriver. so thank you for that.

Used distilled water and vinegar to descale my impressa after a series of error 8's. tried to decalcify and error 8 came up again. after a receiving the screwdriver and a few youtube videos i managed to fix my jura.
