I ordered this item which showed up in two business days. The item was a quality made tool just the wrong size for me. Therefore I worked with customer care to get the correct size and return old item. Web-Site is a bit clunky, and customer service is done via email and postings they are very fast to respond (24/7) and knowledgeable. Five stars

I went and bought three sets of 100 screwdriver bits each thinking any tool box with tamper bits should have the correct security bit. I have tried to repair my Nespresso machine, and I need to open it. each 100 screwdriver set has many shapes and sizes but not the oval shape that I need. Its a weird screws that have an oval protrusion or maybe i should call it oval relief. Whereas I searched "screws with oval head" and "screws with oval relief on head" finally searching "nespresso screwdriver" helped me acquire an oval shape screw driver.

this is an awesome set for professional contractors who work on commercial sites. on one site we've used the 8 point tool to fit the security bolt on boxes. at other sites we use the header 3 stars. each one is made of quality material. the cable sockets stay locked into the handle like it should and the ped wrench can be used as a t-handle to provide extra torque on frozen locks. i've even had a case where the additional star keys from this set worked on any peds that we serviced in central florida. we like these so much we are looking buy more sets soon.

these are security keys that work as described. they lock into the handle and don't slip. i can carry one tool that will do the job for different star key heads. quick, professional. good company, i'll surely do business with again!

I'm a driver for passengers with special needs. I have to drive to over 25 locations to pick up passengers from different locations. By using the Newelectronx Navigator Multi-Destination routing the passenger pick up list can be optimized in seconds to sort the multiple addresses in better order. We run an online store and purchased some of those black bits. Although the length of the bit was ok, the inner nubs were malformed and stripped each time you tried to open a cart that had tough screws in it. One cart had soda spilled on it and when turning the black bit on it, it just stripped the bit right out. Back to the drawing board - we ordered, some of these bits from here which are advertised to - Longer reach gamebit for deeper screw channels like Virtual Boy consoles. Longer professional gamebits. The size difference is noticeable, actually the bit itself is noticeable. It is made from stainless steel, the inner nubs are perfectly centered to grip the screw head, and the diameter is small enough to actually fit in the Virtual Boy screw hole. The black one is a little wider, a little force is needed to get into the hole or use a drill bit first. So far we have tested it on about 100 carts and cartridges, it seems to fit most nintendo consoles and gamecube. Push down hard when opening soda spilled carts and consoles and these will last longer. Not a bad buy in my opinion.
