I'm an electrical service technician that repair many kinds of coffee makers, beverage dispensers, and many other kind kinds of machines, appliances, and security camera systems. i found out that this set had the specific oval head key with other bit inserts that i could use. after ordering, i was certain that i made the right choice. shipping is fast - customer service is helpful - product is great! it didn't disappoint.

I had a Leaking O ring in my Jura Capresso C1000 and i used this tool set to open the jura capresso to get to the inner parts of the c1000. i love the fact that i have every screwdriver including the oval face screwdriver and all the trox screwdrivers in one centralize set. thanks for the fast shipping.

I bought the nespresso oval screwdriver kit. I am happy to buy here and happy about my choice because I have every screwdriver I could ever want to open a coffee maker.

I'm sharing this with you for 2 reasons, before the other day I had never heard of Newelectronx. I am extremely critical of buying something from a site that I've never heard of before. The 1st reason I'm starting this buy is because they seem to understand what I was looking for when I spoke with customer service. The 2nd reason is because when I received my oval screwdriver toolkit in the mail. It came fast! And it was exactly what I wanted for 1 and for 2 what they had described to me. I give them 5 stars and I would come back and order again.

i bought this tool to fix the nespresso machine. there is fixing with a little round elevation. it has no visible indentation to attach for removal. i was told that this is screw and it need to be removed by a rounded screwdriver. i could buy the cheap one, but i need to use this more than one time. i bought it here - ship was good and i am happy with the product.

the anti-tamper tab tail broke, so i bought these to replace it. worked well. box looks brand new again.

With this tool set I was able to use the oval screwdriver to replace the two large O rings and clean the complete machine. I left the machine in the resting position with the piston of the brewing Body (4 1/2 turns) then I plugged the power cord in, having the coffee machine almost completely assembled to test it. Turn ON and the system starts to work. It goes up and down and up and down again. Operation was a full success the pistons weren't too high and they were able to completely cycle on the first try. No blinking alternating green and red lights. This is a wonderful place to shop when you need the right oval and torx screwdriver all in one set. Thank you all so much for helping me to save my Jura Capresso. Now its expresso time.!!!

I've been ordering star key screwdriver for timewarner cable box with this company for almost three years now. Recently I had some issues that needed to be taken care of regarding my recent order. Not only did customer service help me with the situation, they did some research and found that the package was stuck in traffic with the delivery company. they found and fixed this situation which made up some lost time.
