Have not dealt with their customer support, so I cannot comment on the quality of that, although that is a good thing since they got it right the first time around. would recommend. would buy again!

again, customer service pulls through with great service. Ordered a few cable box tamper keys but forgot two items (some Reconyx HyperFire Cable Box lock Keys), didnt want to have to spend extra money again on shipping, created a ticket about it and they added them to my order and had me send over the extra balance. Service like this is hard to find these days, i have always recommended them because of their customer service in the past and will continue to do so in the future.

In the middle of a project of roadsides and streets HyperFire Cable Boxes, my employer threw us a curve ball. I submitted an order at 6:00 PM CST. Twenty minutes later, my order was in packaging - what?! forty minutes later, it was shipped and I could literally track it online. The ETA was 4 days, even though I selected USPS first class (the cheapest). I received it around noon the next day in northern Texas. quick! it was only this quick because these people are so on top of things. I'm sold for life and I'll always visit here FIRST for cable tv box enclosure keys, mdu stuff, and whatnot...

It only took 3 days. I bought this tool to replace a OP4 tool that i used with M4 sized Oval Pan Head screws - the machine security screws ;) the quality isn't bad and works great on the security screws. I needed the bits by Monday so I could work on some retrofit lighting. I was so excited the oval m4 came before then so I wouldn't have to cancel my clients appointment. LOVE the customer service and will continue to order from the site.

we are contractors who specialize in energy efficient lighting. allot of the electrical and repair services that we provide require special security screwdrivers. recently our design and installation of energy retrofits for commercial industrial and general buildings has required a few of the screwdrivers we bought here. i was pleased with the attention to details on the packaging. everything was snug and packed well. my order was handled quickly and went to packing within hours of me making the order. was shipped out the next day. i received it overnight using priority 2 day mail with usps. sooner than expected...! wow!

my first purchase with them. ordered some vandal resistant security lighting - Oval Pan Head Driver Sockets. order came quickly and had no problems. easy to deal with, would recommend or order again. Didn't get a chance to deal with their customer service, so i have no idea how their customer service would be.

This is my first dealing with this company. After looking over their prices and talking to customer service about the shipping cost to Alberta Canada, I took the plunge and placed my first order. The cost was instantly discounted by a coupon, it gave me a reasonable discount on a few of the vandal resistant security lighting drivers. Opening a free customer account gave me a little more discount on the bulk amount of product. Every bit of money I can save is good for business because we work in the market of automotive, commercial, educational, hotel property, industrial, residential, and healthcare sectors. The more money we save on sockets allow us to give our clients a better price on servicing downlight, adjustable recessed, surface mount, retrofit, and white baffle lighting. their customer service communication was outstanding - bummer its only email chat, but still great people - nonetheless! ticket response is very fast - minutes if not less. The shipment took 6 days to arrive. Apparently Canadian customs took a few days to review a USPS priority shipped package. Upon arrival - everything well packed.

I like to buy the 3.8 mm security bit in bulk and have them delivered to toronto. shipping isn't bad. delivery speed is actually faster than expected compared to other vendors i use. orders are normally shipped within the same day; and delivered to canada within 3 - because they have to pass thru customs, otherwise i would probably have my 3.8 mm security bits sooner. will continue doing business. cheers
