I have the other Nintendo and N64 video game cartridges screwdrivers that I ordered on the cheap (ebay). Had I known better I would have gotten everything here. I was looking for the screwdriver to open Mortal Kombat Games or over 99% of the Sega Genesis games. The cartridges had a screw that looked almost like an allen wrench fitting but with a small round thing in the middle. I couldn't seem to find anything to open the cartridges until I got this kit in the mail. If you truly clean games and need to take out these screws or any video game or cartridges screws - this is the best bang for your buck. It also includes a better quality 4.5 and 3.8 bit for Nintendo video games. So far I have cleaned all of my Sega Genesis games. in Repairing a Nespresso Machine, i needed to remove the special oblong oval type secure screw from the plastic housing to remove the covers. accessing the internal pieces and components wouldn't be easy without a special screwdriver. a few teardown videos that i watched on youtube (Remove Torx Security Screws WITHOUT special tools) and some blogs said to use a needle nose or a BIC pen. being a geek i know you should never buy a machine with fabricated, custom, or off the shelf home depot type fasteners - if those fasteners weren't originally sold with the device. It is my particular practice to put back the same screws that originally came out the machine back. it keeps the value of the machine, doesn't void the warranty, and shows that you have some integrity and class when it comes to repairs. This is a first class service repair tool if you need to fix replace repair a leaking o-ring on both the jura or nespresso coffee machines. so far i have repaired my nespresso and my mothers jura. the tool set is great and highly recommended to any looking to do the same. is there any place i can upload my notes and what i fixed?

this has the right tool for a Metcal MX-500 screw. breached the security screw and got on with my diy repair.

searching for this product was a job within itself. i didn't have much choice except the same run in the mill companies who sold the same exact cliche tools that strip out after a couple of uses. i'm not saying any names, but i wouldn't buy some of those brands being offered there. they just don't last long and to top it off, the competitors who sell them are mostly rude and only separate the competitive prices by a few dollars. essentially not worth it. which is what brought me to you. certainly a last resort in my book. sorry to say, but its the truth. i've read the good bad and the ugly reviews that your customers left behind, both on and off of your website. i researched how you have been in business for a long time. normally a bad company with bad reviews goes out of business quick. something was wrong with this pic. after my first order i seen personally the type of business that you run. i felt compelled after i determined my first order the treatment that i receive wasn't a fluke - that i would take you up on your offer and leave you feedback. normally i don't post feedback or do the review thing, but i thought i would add my comments because you earned it. i'll be back to order again - same time next month. thanks for the continued great product & darn good customer service.
