there's a special tool to remove the frustrating threaded part of the tie rod end that threads into the tie rod sleeve. in order to remove that tie rod end which has never been apart before I had to order this set to get it completely off. shipping took about 2 days, that's cool because it allowed the PB Blaster I sprayed on the threads to soak in a while. The tool work great and didn't strip out. Thanks for the timely shipping.

got 99 problems with a Motorola Cable TV Box. need more hard drive space to record more. simple project. except the Security Tamper Resistant Screw on the back of the cable box. was able to get my problems down to 98 when i received my order quickly. was able to Repair the set top by remove the old hard drive with little memory and placing a 1tb in there. couldn't have done it without the Tool Bit

As a barista I find this screwdriver set allowed me to service many coffee and espresso machines. The screwdriver handle opened factory security oval head screws. The precision bit will open the special oval head screws used on Jura, Jura Capresso, Nespresso, Krups and AEG machines that we maintenance. Does the job very effectively; we are thinking to purchase another kit.

if you are fan boy of Nintendo and own any retro or classic gaming console system. i highly recommend these screwdrivers. it is a set i will not do without ever again. amazing and necessary for what i do

Working with weird and unique shaped head screws, I go thru plenty of screwdrivers. Specialty screwdrivers like these oval pan head drivers are hard to source. When found, they are generally made from low level material. I bought a screwdriver before that was made from aluminum. Couldn't believe it, lasted all about 30 minutes or so. I've had some craftsman precision tools too, while the quality is pretty poor, at least when they break you can just walk into sears store & hand them a broken screwdriver for a new one with not much hassle. The thing I love about this set is that it works well under heavy everyday use. They don't wear, break, or bend. Perfect for working on precision oval pan head screws. Shipping is a plus, order arrived in 3 days from time of order and I like that the customer service is helpful. All around a solid experience.

unfortunately i don't have allot of time on my hands to be leaving feedback. most of my time is spent in the field. i've been doing this for around 22 yrs now; and i've almost used every star key and terminator tool made up until now (Locking Terminator Removal screwdriver and star keys). in terms of reliability, fit, and structural integrity I would have to say that none currently stand beside these few tools that I bought here. my only gripe is that I would like to see a better option for the handle. last night i spoke to a really kind and patient customer service rep named Joe about this. I gave him my thoughts, and he assured me that plans have already been made to implement this on new designs. Service like this totally makes my day.
