pretty good tool box. has all those special screw drivers all in one place. i have a few tamper proof sets around the shop, but none of them combined have the special little tools that this one has. i guess in the end, that what makes this special. it did the job when it came to removing the satellite receiver shell. took the case off in one minute. seems to perform great.

I have an infinity 4ps pro scuf which needed repairs and fixing. the right bumper is loose and needs to be fixed. The left joystick drifts. I don’t think I could justify sending it back in for the simple repair. I had joystick drifts before and repairs took too long. and the repair cost just about the cost for the controller when you add in shipping. I didn't see the option for the removal service, but they used the scuf screwdriver to remove the screw from my controllers. thank goodness i did not have to drill the screw out or mess up the controller to get the screw out. turns out the fix was rather simple. i learned how to fix the joystick drift off youtube and with the shell open it was easy to fix the bumper. replaced it with a new one i ordered online. saved time and money. the screw removal took 2 days to get the controller back. it was pretty fast considering i am in canada. btw customer service is awesome!

Received a 20% discount off my first order with free transportation. Well transportation or delivery or shipping, what ever you call it was not free, but it was highly reduced and I enjoyed the saving. Everything arrived in 2 days and package well. The item is as described and I am satisfied with the overall experience. Would recommend to someone else.

I’m sure they will block an honest review from being posted. You are baited into leaving a review for a discount but it won’t work and you are expected to supply enough information to get a mortgage or there will be no help. If you want to buy something, take a chance, but don’t buy into the gimmicks.

my scuf impact is out of warranty. the left trigger was doing some weird stuff and then the thumbstick went out. now its not connecting. it was impossible to use in fortnite or any game for that matter. i paid around $200 for this controller and Scuf quote for fixing it was way too high for my liking. I figured I could open it myself and solve the problems. but there was this dam protective screw. that is what brings me here. i heard they could remove the security screw from the case. i sent it off, shipping to them took two days with priority mail. they literary had the controller for a day, or not even that long. i tracked it, it arrived on Monday around noon. They removed the screw and sent it back to me Monday around 4:35pm, I tracked the delivery information they gave and package was at the post office at that time. I got the package back three days later on Thursday around 10am east coast time. Entire thing took four days. fast shipping and good deal; as recommended. The impact was well packaged with bubble wrap, and boxed really neatly. they gave me a free screw to replace the security screw. weird they did not insert it. no problem its just a screw. i could do it myself. first class service and then some. i am very pleased with the quality of care and mostly the fast delivery time and turn around on this order.

been working in telecom for years. been ordering these tools off this website. each buying experience is better than the last. customer service is always helpful. they pass out information on how to get coupons and discounts. in fact there is always a coupon in my dashboard. i can see my order progress from the time i make a order until i get it. normally it is received at the front desk. i like delivery with UPS, the delivery cost is economic. i tend to want to buy these over the other ones on the market because they last longer and have a slight bit better quality to them. looking forward to my next order, i will be hiring eight more guys this coming week. thanks again virgil

After completing an online order, I made an inquiry about sales tax. The very rude and ignorant customer service rep cancelled my order and told me to not to order again. To say the least I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism shown by this person. My advice is to stay away from this company. I've reprinted her actual response below: "I said if you are displeased with the "purchase," not "product". The State of California Franchise Tax Board requires a tax to be paid regardless if you have an authorized retailer in your local area or not. On the contrary, we have resellers domestic and international, use your search engine to locate one nearest you. Your order has been canceled and refunded. Please do not attempt to purchase again."

I'm cool I bought this a while back to fix some issue with my controller. got some hommies who would like purchase their own. so when will they go back on sale and when can they buy just 1 ONE? btw this tool box is awesome. its not like an ordinary tool box you find anywhere minus what it looks like on the website. the pic does it no justice. it has screwdrivers you can find anywhere else. hence the scuf screwdriver which also open cinch controllers and batter beaver. whoa!

On my scuf gaming controller the charging port was broken and i needed this screwdriver to remove the security screw and fix it. i'm not struggling with this any more. fives
