visited the website for 2 weeks product was still out of stock. used the web form to speak with someone about this. kim from sales dept. set up a special order for me. parts were made in 2 weeks. got the order 3 days thereafter. my only complaint is that these should be ready to order when i want to order, not 2 weeks and 3 days out. other than that small caveat i'm satisfied with the way things turned out.

My controller looks perfect again and plays even better now. I love the screwdrivers.

upgraded to a 1TB. this is a necessary replacement part required on the DVR, be sure to get more than one for servicing the hard drive or if you change it to higher memory. worth the price.

i was having this problem with a semi-used Vertuoline. I’ve had this machine for over three years and suddenly this morning the water went into the bottom section rather than through the spout to the cup. i tried lifting the machine from the front side to about 45 degrees, supposedly this is a solution to get the water going again. however, the pump was still making noise and after 30 seconds no water, no coffee. they call this a jura oval head tool, so i bought one. watched a YouTube video where some hack took the bottom of the machine apart. There are two plastic tubes behind this plastic compartment on the bottom of the machine toward the rear. Once open, you can see where the water isn't pumping into the motor, so to say. Pulled the two hoses off the machine and connected a syringe to the inlet. Forced water through the inlet tube and allowed it to pass through the motor. Connected one hose back to the Vertuoline, applied power and kept feeding water with the syringe to the none connected hose. Shortly thereafter the motor started to make a different noise, like it was priming. The coffee, brownish water, started to pour from the spout again. Removed the syringe, connected the tube. So far, I've did this two times, each time I leave the machine for about one or two months. Other than that, it runs like new. Saved me a hefty service charge from sending it in for repairs. Thanks a bunch.

thanks to this, i disassembled a Nespresso Cube. after 3 day delivery, i fixed the cube yesterday. it was child's play with the right screw driver. there are two themo fuses screwed onto the heating element. these were the culprit. the cost for 2 was under $5.00 delivered.

on the krups xn5005, i replaced the capacitors, thermal fuse, and relay. the two leds blinking problem has gone bye bye. works perfectly again.

a broken cylinder head was making coffee from the outlet come out slowly and lots of leaking of coffee from the cylinder head with nothing coming through the capsule. using this to dismantle Nespresso i had to get inside to the upper part where the caps goes to release the built up pressure. this is the only special screw driver cap box i could find with the right screwdriver for Dismantling and disassembly to get to the right place in the Essenza. everything worked out perfectly.

This is an amazing screwdriver set with the pentalob head to remove and fasten the screws on the DVR. it was a surprise to get free black tamper pieces of plastic. i would hover like to see the blue tamper proof sticker included in this kit. this time around i bought it separately. that still doesn't take away from how awesome the tool set is. that being said, the shipping and customer service were wonderful. i would recommend buying here, and furthermore, myself, would buy here again. thank you for the pleasant purchasing experience. im confident that this screwdriver set will continue to help me for years to come.

Everything was great. i received the order super fast. packaged very well inside was the mainline tap tool. so far i have used it for internet repair. first off i properly capped a tap to prevent rf intrusion. installed a new rg-6 direct cable. doing so increases steaming speeds. a good tool that does allot. thanks.

on the back of the cable tv dvr recorder there's these funky screws. this tool has a piece in it that opened dvr recorder to allow for a larger hard drive to be installed. using a 1TB i've got more storage space now and i can record more shows. it also stopped the dvr from locking up and freezing.

I stumbled on the web sight and I am glad I did during a google search. i'm in hte repair sector. so far i foudn the keys in the tool box very helpful. not only does it pry apart motorola cable boxes, but it also has Scientific Atlanta Cable Box stuff. i've used the screwdrivers and the quality of the bits are keen.

couldn't find a cheap Garmin dezl refurbished so i settled on this one and figured what the hell. its not bad. so far so good. thanks.
