when my capresso went on the fritz last week i was worried for dear life. my first thought was o gosh, my warrant is out. took it down to the local repair coffee man and he said it'd be $120 just to take a look at it and extra for part. horrified, i ask a few friends if they had tools to open it, cuz i figured i'd try my hand at it myself. couldn't be too hard, right? actually it wasn't. looking for repairing toolkit for capresso coffee was hard. once i got it open i replaced two yellow capacitors and just like that i'm back to my morning joy! thanks you guys for the fast shipping and not charging me $120 for $2 fix.

after buying those cheap gamebits off ebay and trying to see if they would fit the scuf i almost gave up on trying to find a screwdriver to remove the dam screws. can you imagine what i thought when this worked. i almost peed myself. after realization passed i had forgot what i needed to fix on this controller. rad fast shipping and quality screwdrivers. would recommend and shop again

not only does it have the most common tips. it has those tips that aren't in other tamper proof tool boxes. it has places inside the case to store each bit neatly when not in use. was on the road when i bought this, and i only needed a t-25 for a special fix. when i got back home i also used it to ticker with the recording dvr. product worked great.

i've dealt with these fine people several times and I'd say it's the mentality of the customer service i have spoken with that makes the difference. you notice it from the first response, they care. it took some time to get used to the lack of business over the phone, but each time i speak with them they seem happy to answer any questions. Like any company they aren't perfect, but they always try to get it right. The quality in their products shows that they genuinely care about how it affects their customers. That's why I come back here time and time again and order, and I will continue if they keep getting better.

i don't trust to many online businesses that don't publish a telephone number, but back in 2014, I made a choice to take a chance ordering from you. I started off with a test order. Ordering something under $20 in case anything went south. $20 isn't a huge lost opposed to spending hundreds, was my thinking at the time. Once my first order arrived, I would have to say I was shocked. I thought this would be a scam of some sort. In the underground utility business you meet all sorts of scam artists. The product was better than the usual that I am used to in this industry. There isn't much plastic, in fact it is all metal with a screwdriver that provides torque without using a wrench, that's convenient to me and some of the guys in my fleet. Fast forward to 2017, I'm still ordering, but in larger amounts. As my company grows so do my orders. Any ways, I just want to drop ya'll a line and say keep on doin what you do, your the best!
