what is the best screwdriver to remove the torx screws from a scuf remote controller? i asked the clerk at the hardware store. he took me to an isles with hundreds of bits and said if we have it, it should be in this area. what is a scuf? he asks. that's when i knew i was in trouble. it was 9pm and the store was closing in about an hour. so i check amazon. they always have what i need. no dice. came across a forum "scuf 4ps ps4 security screw" or something like that, and followed a few links. did a search and what do you know "BINGO!" i found a picture to show the store clerk. he said nope we don't have anything like that here. try our competitors. by this time everything was closed. really needed to fix my controller, so i just threw in the towel and bought it. to make this even longer - it came in the mail in a few days. everything is fine and it works. but what would take to get this on shelves locally? some times when you need something now online ordering isn't convenient. but i complain i have the professional scuf gaming screwdriver now.

need to repair, maintain and mod a few fios motorola qip7100 stv units for verizon, i got this tool set hoping it work. not only did it work, but i also received the plastic pieces that break when you remove the lid. i also ordered 100 of the black proprietary screws. all worked great and the delivery time was less than 3 days. will be buying here more often.

i bought the entire set of cable box star keys because i need the 7 point in particular. the 7 point works great, but have the other 3 CATV keys for Tamper proof locks is awesome for the price. delivery was as described and i would shop here again.

i've used other mdu cable box keys and found the tip distorting or the plastic housing shattering each time you place high torque on it. but these little wonders are taking it. seriously, i've opened up a rusted mdu lock yesterday that probably was sitting there for years with oxidation on it. i put the shank in the t-handle position and gave a squeeze and viola - it pried it right open. worthy of leaving a comment about it.

I played with the domed Scuf thumbsticks for about 2 weeks before I knew it really sucked. Ordered a default thumb stick to install. The only problem was that one of the screws on the PS4 controller is changed by scuf to some special looking screw. It was obvious something other than a normal screwdriver would take scuf's controller apart. a forum member recommended these screwdrivers. using this was better than sending my controllers back and waiting another 2 months for scuf to do it. plus it was way cheaper. shipping on the tools took about 3 days with first class mail. i did the swap in about a half hour considering it was my first time. 2 month compared to 3 days and a half hour. i'd say i made out good.

Wanting to change the PS4 Scuf controller joysticks and replace it, but Scuf changes out one of the 4 screws to a tamperproof screw. This small socket set removed the protection screw. Got the control open and replaced the joystick. thanks, these screwdriver are legit

when my capresso went on the fritz last week i was worried for dear life. my first thought was o gosh, my warrant is out. took it down to the local repair coffee man and he said it'd be $120 just to take a look at it and extra for part. horrified, i ask a few friends if they had tools to open it, cuz i figured i'd try my hand at it myself. couldn't be too hard, right? actually it wasn't. looking for repairing toolkit for capresso coffee was hard. once i got it open i replaced two yellow capacitors and just like that i'm back to my morning joy! thanks you guys for the fast shipping and not charging me $120 for $2 fix.
