as much as i like these nintendo screwdrivers, i believe a must have is some q-tips. just like i won't use no name brand nintendo screwdrivers, i personally will only allow name brand q-tips to touch my video game cartridges and video game systems. after opening the video game i like to lightly moisten the tip. since owning the tool i have used cleaner to carefully clean a circuit board or two. scrubbing the game's electronic contacts hasn't been this easy in a long time.

When I would turn on my nespresso switch on both lights flash 3 times pauses for a second, then flashes 3 more times and continues to repeat this cycle. The troubleshooting section in the manual said I need to look for component failure. I couldn't check the components I didn't even have the key to open the machine. That's when I found you guys. After opening my espresso machine I found a few bad capacitors. After replacing them my coffee machine reset. I'm not done but I should be out of the woods when I close it up. Thanks.

I have a virtual boy and I tried to open the security screws with my bit, but four of the screws are so deep that it would not reach. when the bit i have didn't work, i tried using a rotary tool to cut out a notch on a standard screwdriver. that worked okay on the shallow screws, but unfortunately it is too hard to line up properly on the deep screws inside the virtual boy. then i tried melting a piece of plastic to mold the screws like i read online, but that just smelled badly and didn't get into the deep holes. i won't say where i ordered, but i ordered a different bit online and unfortunately what i received was too short to fit into the deepest holes. it wasn't until i ordered this tool that i found a way to get all the screws out the virtual boy. i would like to finally say thanks, it worked.

On my virtual boy one eyepiece was working and I needed to get the stupid thing open. i've been wanting to open it for awhile but couldn't find a Virtual Boy screwdriver long enough. there are tons offered on ebay with good cheap prices, sadly to say none of them were long enough. after ordering from 4 different sellers over there i just had to give up because i losing too much money. finally decided to buckle down and get this virtual boy working again. finally a pal of mine who had found some bits that were longer than mine, let me use his. it didn't reach in there either. I've seen complete screwdrivers that have the gamebit tip but I didn't recall where. after googling all night i finally found this tool kit. said what the heck and ordered it. what do you know, it worked right out the box. long story short, both eyepieces on teh virtual boy work now.

I have a Nespresso coffee machine that stopped working a few days ago. Yellow light began blinking and the machine would no longer brew. I have disassembled the machine, repaired the problem, and put it back together again. Thanks to these tools.

Finally was capable to get inside the nespresso machine to fix it. I replaced two blue square capacitors on the electronic circuit board. A successful repair would not have been possible with these tools, especially the oval pan head screwdriver.

couldnt find the right screw screwdrivertip for those oval head bolts on the expresso coffee machine (Nespresso). a forum said i should be patient and try pliers. that didn't work. with these screwdrivers i removed the screws replaced the on/off switch with a toggle switch. also replaced the temperature warming up switch with a toggle switch and added LED light to the circuit board with a little soldering.

It was very easy to troubleshoot my Krups once I got it opened. Thanks to the pan head oval screwdriver :). all I had to do was replace the two blue capacitors on the circuit board. the small is 224K value and 474K for the larger one. Both are 275 Volt rated. It's a non-polarized cap so direction of re-installation didnt matter. i'm actually enjoying a fresh brew while i write this account of my experience. here's to you for providing a great set of screwdrivers.

the trick is indeed finding the right oval screwdriver to open it. pliers didnt work for me. Thought the screws were rivets or something. The screws came out easily with oval pan head screwdriver. I replace the push buttons and closed it back up. Works like normal.

I have this type of security screw at the bottom of my coffee machine. So I ordered this set. I picked the chamfered bit that is 8 mm diameter and around 35mm long out the plastic carrying container. It fit in the bottom of hole perfectly. I love this custom tool set; and I would recommend you to a friend.
