I've owned my Jura C5 for over 3 years. It has never been broken before. Suddenly it stopped producing steam. When I tried to descale it, there was a loud noise. It was obvious some part is broken inside due to the steam pressure. The warranty was over in January last year. Considering the high total cost of the repair shop, I thought it would be better to fix the Jura on my own. Using online help and this tool kit I managed to remove the oval pan head and torx security screws. Found the source of my problem and repaired it. good item.

My Capresso espresso machine is broken, so I emailed these folks. Response time was fairly quick considering their website said they would reply within 3 days, its more like 3 to 5 minutes. They asked me allot of questions: like what type of coffee machine do I own. After a few moments they went to check for me based on what I told them. After their discovery, they gave me some very helpful advice! My machine is a higher end coffee and espresso equipment. I appreciate the candid advice to help repair my machine. I will remember the nice CS and how the folks that I talked here treated me. Package arrived one day earlier than estimated. Was easy to use the screwdrivers and all tools were as described.

I was actually looking for something simple. A screwdriver for a HD cable receivers that COGECO USES. This outfit seems to service huge corporate accounts. I have order a few of these star shape 8 point sockets and all have worked perfectly. each one i purchased fits and opens any of the time warner peds. i have to work for company and without this i wouldn't be able to. thanks.

Greatly appreciate the fact that this tool set can open game systems from old to some what newer platforms. I am happy with this purchase and I know this will help with my daily hobby.

after some searching i found this cable box access star tool. sadly to say it took me too long to find this. i bought from another place before here and bits did not work. luckily i was able to return the bad bits. i came here and thoroughly read over the description, checked the company about page, chatted with customer service, and finally made an order. after all that i was expecting to be disappointed again. but i didn't - this cable box tool kit works. the screwdrivers fit the cable box protective screw heads and pulls them right out. another thing i like is that the screwdriver handle is included and you don't have to hold the bits with your hand. i am very pleased with the service and fact that the product actually works like it says it does in the description. seriously recommended if you have the same problem like i had.

This tool is astonishing! I have purchased several smaller tool kits in continuous search for all the right tools to opens multiply Motorola boxes that I purchased in bulk.
