We would appreciate the ability to contact you on more than one subject at a time without having to wait 72 hours for a reply on the first matter. In our case, we sent an email asking when bit handles would be back in stock. We also wanted to send an email asking why our order 12048 that was paid for on the 17th, is still in packing as of the 20th, when you promise 24 hour shipping on most orders, and to know when it is expected to ship. But alas, you will only allow us one email to you until you've responded to the first, and you give yourselves 3 days to answer that one. Very frustrating. I wish there was another way to contact you, but you force us to leave this feedback.
