Product Doesn't Work. Seems to be consistent with the tool. Shape is just off enough to not work. Looks right, but useless.

Product doesn't work, the amount of points on the key and the lock are the same. However, the shape is wrong. Not sure how that happens. Shipping was fast, response time to issues were fast. So company is good for action but product is useless.

I can't review the product, since I haven't received it yet, but I just wanted to say that in years of purchasing on items online I've never dealt with a company as poorly put together as this. You can't even order an item and send it to a different address than the billing credit card address. They must think all their clients are sitting in their parents basement ordering items, and that no real company with a centralized Accounts Payable system would ever do business with them. Well, from my perspective, they are right. I'll never do business with them again. It's just too restricitve. I'd rather lose business than have to go through these contortions to fulfill an order again. 0 stars.

Unfortunately, I need to revise my review of Newelectronx from yesterday. After receiving a satisfactory resolution to my problem from Customer Service, I found that the payment service they use, Skrill, refused to accept my credit card payment unless I provided additional identification certifying that I am the credit card holder. Ironically, I am attempting to use the same credit card that I used to purchase the original product. They are now requesting color scanned copies of my Driver's License and copies of bills showing my address and account numbers with other companies. I am not typically a suspicious person, but when a company suddenly wants a copy of my driver's license and other confidential information, I start suspecting that anything I send them might be used for identity fraud. I am not about to risk someone from this company using my confidential information to commit identity fraud for a $15 product. So, I am returning the product I purchased from them, and I am not planning to purchase anything from them in the future. Too bad, it seemed like a good company.

I ordered the 100pcs Security bit set THINKING the gamebits would be INCLUDED in the set, but OH NO, I HAD to get the 105 PCS set (OF COURSE) to get that although the way the description was written, was that the 100pcs set would have them included. So, I emailed the sales and proved how the site was written and it been NOTHING BUT AN ARGUMENT with them, the sales team are nothing but a bunch of A**HOLES, and they talked down to me like I'm a child, but of course there's no number or REGULAR EMAIL ADDRESS to contact them with and I'm limited on the amount of characters I write to them. After I sent this is when the sales team belittled me saying I didn't put the WHOLE post up, I didn't think I would have to list the parts list to get my point across, after all, they should know their own parts, it the way the description is written and that NEEDS TO BE CHANGED IMMEDIATELY, I MAY do it for them and send them the code so all they will have to do is plug it in to the web server, NOT THAT HARD TO REWRITE A DESCRIPTION, I will say this, if I was the owner of this company, and I found out the sales team treated one of MY customers this way, I would put them out on their a**es. I don't think the company itself is bad, but a few rotten apples can ruin the bunch. And it's because of people like this why all our business is going to China, we're SUPPOSED to be on the SAME team and actually help each other. Not to get this point through their fat thick skulls.

Would love to leave a review of my product, but after over 8 days, still have not recieved it. And when "tracking" it from the website, I get no infomation except the day I ordered it.

Great website, good price,good service and shipping. Having said that the tool was pretty much worthless. It fell apart on first usage and was not able to unlock the box. The ears did not seem to protrude enough to engage. It was a total waste of money.

I have never...EVER encountered a company that was so uninterested in doing business with it's customers.  Instead of handling their own financial transactions they go through Moneybookers who make it nearly IMPOSSIBLE to actually give them money so I can buy a product.  Let me repeat that...a business that makes it IMPOSSIBLE TO RECEIVE MONEY.  I tried jumping through hoop after hoop after hoop to purchase a simple $15.71 screw driver only to have it boil down to two main options:  one was to get my credit card verified by having a security code sent via text message to my phone...but get this...it's an international text I supposedly can't receive.  Wait a tick...other people at work AND Google Voice can't receive this mystery text either.  The other option I THINK might work is if I go to my bank and pay them $20 or $25 to WIRE them the $15.71....so if THAT is what I need to do I'll end up paying more to GET them the money than I would be paying for the product itself.  Then I tried calling MB's support and got some offshore representative who gave me that generic line about the text message being an international text and that it was why I couldn't receive it.  So when I turned around and tried to contact NewElectronx about this, whether to complain or plead with them for some OTHER way to pay for this item (again...the reluctance to take money astounds me from a customer point of view), I only get this kind of response.

What i do??? i can not buy, i need help.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with, when I first got my IGO Amigo Gps, it would not even find the first address in a little town of 45,000 people that I put in it, the third week I had it, The left Arrow on the bottom that takes you back, started malfunctioning and would not work, I asked the company for a RMA # to send it back for a refund, they okayed it, but when I sent it back, exactly the way they requested I do that, they would not accept it, so the postal department sent back to me, I have all the proof and it's a matter of record through the postal department, then they wrote me later on and said they were going to close the account out, or that certain ticket whatever you want to call it, so I answered the ticket and told them just what I'm telling here now, they said that was some serious accusations and they did not believe it, but as a matter of record I did send them to proof. Now they have gave me a second RMA # to send it back the second time, and they said they have received it on November 23 which is about seven weeks ago, they have not answered or give me a refund since admitting they have received it back. I have all the proof from copying all the e-mails between the both of us,here is their e-mail from November 23 admitting they got my item back the GPS and they have not got any proof to show they have give me a refund yet seven weeks later, and not only that I have opened up two new tickets for them to show them that I have a new e-mail address that they have to contact me with now which is,l.williams1945@sbcglobal.net plus I check my tickets two and three times every day to see if they'd been answered and they have not, plus a 25% restocking fee is ridiculous. So would you please give me my money back, I bought this GPS because I found out I had cancer and I needed directions to get around San Francisco for my surgeries, I've had plenty of surgeries but no GPS thanks to this company, this is another reason I did not have time to keep contacting you, sometimes you took five days to answer my e-mails, I would not recommend this company to anyone for any reason to buy anything. we will see how honest you are in posting this, and I am going to send this to the district attorney next, if I do not get my refund very very soon. This company ripped me off. They lead me on for months and then they said they had the product. They sent me an unclear email telling me I had to pay more even though I had paid months ago. When I asked for clarification, they got beligerent. They even kept the sample product I sent them. I have told everyone I know not to do business with them.

i bougth a tool but is bad quality it was expensive and i wait long time too i had a very bad experience with this company and i never buy any tool with you guys
