After completing an online order, I made an inquiry about sales tax. The very rude and ignorant customer service rep cancelled my order and told me to not to order again. To say the least I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism shown by this person. My advice is to stay away from this company. I've reprinted her actual response below:
"I said if you are displeased with the "purchase," not "product". The State of California Franchise Tax Board requires a tax to be paid regardless if you have an authorized retailer in your local area or not. On the contrary, we have resellers domestic and international, use your search engine to locate one nearest you. Your order has been canceled and refunded. Please do not attempt to purchase again."
