i ordered this and paid for item and freight, now when i try to track package with your fedex site i am told i have topay more freight or they are going to return item to you. i paid for item and shipping, if it is more i want to cancel order and get my refund for the amount i have already spent.

I'm disappointed to find that one of the most important bits that I needed to use doesn't work as needed. It appears that NEX USA #6 is a bad quality bit, the bit appears old, rusty and damaged. I was so eager to use it too.

I’m sure they will block an honest review from being posted. You are baited into leaving a review for a discount but it won’t work and you are expected to supply enough information to get a mortgage or there will be no help. If you want to buy something, take a chance, but don’t buy into the gimmicks.

After completing an online order, I made an inquiry about sales tax. The very rude and ignorant customer service rep cancelled my order and told me to not to order again. To say the least I was shocked and disgusted by the lack of basic courtesy and professionalism shown by this person. My advice is to stay away from this company. I've reprinted her actual response below: "I said if you are displeased with the "purchase," not "product". The State of California Franchise Tax Board requires a tax to be paid regardless if you have an authorized retailer in your local area or not. On the contrary, we have resellers domestic and international, use your search engine to locate one nearest you. Your order has been canceled and refunded. Please do not attempt to purchase again."

After paying more for the shipping and handling than on the product price, and then have to pay postage due on the order, is just much for me. This was my last order with this company.

poor quality striped within 2 uses never bye again make sure it is the dark style end on the security key those are better quality

I am disappointed with the consistent warnings about fraud. I am not a criminal and do not appreciate the apparent assumption that everyone using your site is required to receive repeated warnings right down to the final purchase, when you threaten us with our IP address. Come on I'm a Techy why would I not know my IP Address was recorded this site is apparently power tripping. Right down to repeated attempts to post only to be frustrated with your sites pop ups!!!

The product is fine. The 1st time I ordered, I ordered 12 items thru regular mail. It was a nightmare and took about 10 emails, to which I received automated responses. No human would call or interact with me, which really pissed me off. I eventually got the tools a month later. The second time (recently), I ordered and paid for 2nd day air service. I got the tools in 4 days. The tools are fine. The customer service sucks. Plain and simple.

Not able to get tech support and unable to contact company for dct 700 instructions for installation.Contacting my credit card company to dispute product representation on newelectronx website.The website clearly states product assistance.Dont buy any products from this company its a scam.Postage was grossly overcharged.I will continue to blog on the net about this company,and contact the attorney general of minn to investigate this matter.

Product Doesn't Work. Seems to be consistent with the tool. Shape is just off enough to not work. Looks right, but useless.
