I'm disappointed to find that one of the most important bits that I needed to use doesn't work as needed. It appears that NEX USA #6 is a bad quality bit, the bit appears old, rusty and damaged. I was so eager to use it too.

finding a compatible screw head for the delonghi machine was hard and a long search. i almost gave up and purchased a new espresso machine to make my morning coffee. the helpful customer service helped me. i searched on my own for around 2 months and came up with nothing that would work. came here and found it within minutes. great service and even better screwdriver.
