I was able to link to Skrill to complete the payment. I'm normally used to seeing PayPal, but it seems like a good feature. I didn't have any problems with payment. The item arrived very quickly. The only negative was that the device took longer than I expected it to arrive. It was packaged very well in a small sized cardboard box. Otherwise, no issues. Its not really universal. I bought this one to control the Ultra Lux FX, cable BOX, theater sound system, and remote control fan. Easy to set up and works as described.
