In our case, we sent an email asking when bit handles would be back in stock. We also wanted to send an email asking why our order 12048 that was paid for on the 17th, is still in packing as of the 20th, when you promise 24 hour shipping on most orders, and to know when it is expected to ship. But alas, you will only allow us one email to you until you've responded to the first, and you give yourselves 3 days to answer that one. Very frustrating. I wish there was another way to contact you, but you force us to leave this feedback. When I went to take the security screws out of the machine I found that because the bit looked like it was stripped inside every screw I tried to remove was being stripped as I put pressure on to remove them. That being said I gave this 2 stars instead of one because the rest of the tool seems like good quality, it's just unfortunate that the one I needed was not.
