I can't say enough good stuff about this little gem of a store! I've been on the website a few times and have had pretty good luck here. this place is wonderful! what the top most questions i get asked as a cable technician is "can cable company put a locking filter on cable box junction" which followed by "what does the lock look like inside a cable box for unconnected cable wire" after you leave the site that's when you notice some how your sacred terminator key has gone missing and you end up ordering another one here. word to wise, don't entertain those questions.

i'm one of those cable dogs that like to work smart. as you now, cable hours are long and events happen to make it harder than it should be. i get asked all the time about my cable gear. these tools are smart and innovative. the terminator t-tool is the best for removing Spectrum frozen terminator locks and the star-tool is the sh-- when it comes to packing light and interchanging solid pieces that interface hot quick lock patterns. serious some of the most used gear i carry with me.

After 2 terminator tools from other companies which did not last 10 months each, it was time for me to venture into another brand! Im so glad I found you... Amazing terminator tool with a very short learning curve. a side note if you don't like the handle detachment, do what my partner did and use a drop of super glue on either side of the handle. i'm at 12 months and 11 days after my purchase and still going strong. the steel ears haven't broken off yet and i love the interchangeable handle.

one of the most important installation tools in my bag. been working for the telecommunications industry for some time and allot of security pedestals, traps, and filters would be a nightmare without this handy termination handle. thanks for getting my bulk orders out so quickly. the terminator prices are better than distribution companies. it's nice when you can order directly and cut out the middle man.
a plunger i can count on
replaced a stolen ripley gilbert plunger type that had a corning gilbert ns6270. this one took a bit of getting used to, but boy does it open those terminators. works smoothly once you get used to it. fits in my bag and in my pocket.
all around good service
I have been satisfied with the F81 lock installation tool I have bought, trying to access the dish switch inside the cable box without it only caused the lock to spin. good quality and it seem to be identical to what the Sat installer used to lock the box.

A well thought out tool. The handle can hold the unlocking/locking tip either on the top (as with a normal screwdriver) or on the middle of the side (creating a "T" handled driver for better torque) or on the bottom of the handle. All three points are magnetic so it can also be used with normal 1/4 inch screwdriver bits Shipping was quick & reasonable and comes in a neat plastic box. Great company for customer service. Canadian customers take note.
