Once a Newelectronx customer writes a rating/review, your rating/review will not immediately be reflected in the product's overall rating or in the Newelectronx Review Page list. Due to the spam nature of reviews and ratings, Newelectronx chooses to moderate all reviews and ratings that are submitted on the website. This will ensure that all customers leaving a rating/review are real Newelectronx customers ¹. Unfortunately for spammers ², Newelectronx doesn't tolerate spam from competitors (who would like nothing more than to slander our reputation ³). Reviews attempting to slander Newelectronx image and reputation can be left on the numerous amounts of non-moderated websites on the Internet.

We welcome all critiques: good or bad. We celebrate the freedom of speech, it shapes and molds our company by allowing us insight on where we may need improvement. Although, it would be ideal if customers would prefer to leave reviews on Newelectronx website. It is not entirely necessary. Newelectronx does not read or participate in other review websites ⁴, so if your review is left there we may never get to improve from your advice. You are still encourage to leave your review on another website. It will still promote traffic to us. At Newelectronx we always say "The best compliment you can give us is a review. We feel very strongly that consumers at Newelectronx should be able to voice their opinion. We make every effort to be fair and unbiased towards submitted ratings, reviews, and feedback. In certain circumstances, we are inclined to not approve such said comments. This is usually due to a lack of relevance in the response received in the comment or for another reason cited in our policy.
