Nothing is hidden from you. We give you the courtesy of looking into where your order is every step of the way to your destination. After you place an order with us, you are invited to see where the order is every step of its process. All you need to do is click the Order Status icon   OR sign into your membership account (icon  ).

• Order Status requires your order ID number and email address.
• Membership account's requires your sign-in credentials such as email address and password.

You will be presented with your entire order that you placed in your shopping cart. Furthermore, you will be able to see exactly what is going on with the order in the order.
