  Once your order has been submitted, you can cancel the entire order; considering the order has not been shipped. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will happily modify or cancel your order accordingly. It is imperative that you consult the order status page, order history page, or your email account prior to contacting us about canceling an order to ensure it has not been shipped. Once an order is shipped, however, it moves immediately into the delivery company’s custody and we can no longer change it. Our advanced shipping times allow for faster delivery of your order, so we may not always be able to cancel your request. Our ability to do so depends on whether the order has already been shipped.

If we are not able to cancel the order because it has been shipped, you are welcome to return your unwanted order to us after you receive it from the delivery company. Cancelled orders that are marked shipped are subject to a restock fee. Please view our online policy page for information regarding this condition.

If you need to cancel a recently placed order please submit a new ticket and direct it to the 'Shipping Department' with 'Urgent' priority and every effort will be made to accommodate your cancellation request. If you have an open ticket with us at the Helpdesk, then your request will be viewed immediately as well and automatically forwarded to the correct department for cancellation.
