Unfortunately, there's just no way to guarantee delivery of emails after your purchase. We could always snail mail correspondences, but that would take forever.

 

Email filters will sometimes block legitimate emails from reaching your email box. Email filters use a ranking technique to analyze incoming email. It is an intelligent system that learns as it runs. Since your email box probably uses some type of spam filter we ask that you add us to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book (also known as whitelisting).

If you do not see an email from Newelectronx in your inbox, due to the overzealous filtering by your email company - Newelectronx emails may have mistakenly been sent to your spam folder or not received at all. Please open your spam folder look for it there, open it and mark it as "not spam" or click the link to your ISP or email client to Whitelist and add us there. Otherwise, we have no way of successfully communicating with you via email.

Probably the best way for us to stay in touch isn't to rely on email? We propose that you use your membership account. In your membership account, you'll have access to communication features that will allow you to view how we have tried to make contact with you. Current and past notifications along with other helpful information is available in the membership dashboard; for instance there is a way to view communication emails.

Another alternative is to use your mobile device for communication. To use your mobile device for communication, add your mobile phone number to your order, membership account, conversation, or any other location where applicable.
