  There are a few possible reasons why your credit card 1 might have been declined. Only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the exact reason that your card was declined 2. We recommend contacting your credit card provider for more thorough information in this regard. The payment institution will provide you with a conclusive credit card failure notification reason.
 
We can offer a few possible reasons that credit cards are most frequently declined. When speaking with your credit card provider, it is a good idea to ask specifically about each of these possibilities to rule out which actually occurred in your situation. In most cases, it would probably be a good idea to contact your bank or credit card provider prior to your online purchase - to obtain pre-authorization.
  • The credit card number or the expiry date was incorrect.
  • Our gateway requires cookies to be enabled in order to complete your order. In order to pay using our gateway, please enable cookies by changing your browser’s Preferences/Options. If you have a third-party cookie manager or option you will have to configure it to allow cookies from our website in order to pay and complete your order.
  • The billing address entered on the Newelectronx purchase form should match the postal address of the bank/credit card. Access your bank/credit card information and view the exact spelling of the postal address you used to register your account. An insufficient match will definitely regard your payment attempt as fraudulent.
  • Your prepaid credit card, gift card 3, or cash card 4 does not meet our criteria 5.
  • There were insufficient funds on your credit card.
  • Some credit card companies will reject international charges.
  • Your bank or credit card company was having technical issues while the order was being processed.
  • If you've made a large number of online purchases within a short period of time, particularly from one place, some credit cards will reject some of the charges as a fraud prevention measure.
  • If you have made at least 3 failed attempts with online purchases in the last 24 hours then your payment will be flagged as fraudulent. Wait 24 hours to elapse before making another online purchase anywhere. Check with your credit card or bank to find out their exact policy.
When a credit card has been declined 6, regardless of the reason, Newelectronx cannot reinstate the order nor re-process the credit card transaction.

You can quickly verify the credit card details on your credit card account to make sure the details are correct and up to date and then re-order, or you can try purchasing your order using a different credit card.

Once you have confirmed that your card details are correct with your credit card company, please re-order your products at your convenience.
