Prepaid Credit card:

Since no credit is offered from a credit card company, a prepaid credit card is not a true credit card. These types of credit cards hold money that the card holder stores on the card. A good example for a prepaid card would be a gift card. 

Cash Card ¹:

Cash cards (ATM card, bank card, client card, key card) are similar to prepaid cards with the exception that these types of cards hold money that is in the card holders financial institution account (e.g. bank, credit union, building society).

Although these types of credit cards may have the credit card brand (e.g. Discover, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB etc.) they are not all created equally.

Newelectronx accepts ² pre-paid credit card, Credit Card, Charge Card, Cash Advances, ATM Card, and Debit Card (e.g. VISA, MASTERCARD, Maestro, Laser, etc.):

• As long as they have an associated bank account.
• Or in the case where contact information associated with the card (names and addresses) can be verified for the card holder.

Therefore most pre-paid cards and cash card without these defined associations may not be permitted ³ for electronic credit card online payments with Newelectronx.

Possible solutions:

1. To make an online purchase at Newelectronx, you will need to register your card. You can do this by either calling the issuing provider, or by visiting their website. This information should have been supplied to you when you received the card. It may also be printed on the back of the card.
2. When you make an online purchase at Newelectronx, the name, address, and phone number you use will need to be exactly the same as the information you provided when registering your card.
   
   For instance if your mother, father, grandmother, or anyone other than you gave a Gift Card to you. Contact that person and find out what address they registered the Gift Card under. Copy it down exactly as it appears on their store receipt.
3. If the information you provide differs from what was provided when the card was registered, the transaction may be declined ⁴.
4. You can verify or update your information by visiting the card provider's Web site, or by contacting them using the toll-free number provided in your card materials.
