Tamper-Proof Bolt Patterns on Medium green, Pale light green, Beige, or Forest green CATV Pedestals require security star key patterns such as 082 star key. Newelectronx stocks and provides these tamperproof slam lock screwdrivers.
The security star lock keys will work with spring-loaded hook installed in the pedestal top that automatically engages a base catch installed in the pedestal base. Most tools required for lock activation must have a specific computerize star key pattern to match it. Simply align the tamper proof pedestal tool over the base of the slam lock. The slam lock is opened by a 1/4 turn rotation of the tamper-proof bolt with the slam key. The top of the pedestal cabinet enclosure drops onto the base and automatically engages the lock when finished with your installation. Available patterns are shown on our website. my old cable box key wore down and is completely unusable. engraved on the handle were the numbers 321774. since the tool was in my tool pouch for years, i had a hard time finding a replacement. i crossed referenced here. my new tool arrived fast - which is good because i needed to use it on Monday. Force it into the shroud turned it, lock was a bit jammed. Spray lubricant on it, came back a few hours later and tried again. Lock opened successfully. The key works.

This company ripped me off
This company ripped me off. They lead me on for months and then they said they had the product. They sent me an unclear email telling me I had to pay more even though I had paid months ago. When I asked for clarification, they got beligerent. They even kept the sample product I sent them.
