The N Tamper Proof Terminator Tool is ready to use out of the box. It can unlock many popular terminators. Perform more duties easily, efficiently, and quickly. The locking terminators take up less space in the tool pouch. Not only does the locking terminator tool save space in the field techs pouch; the terminator feature solid steel ears and a heat treated construction. The locking terminator tools are built to work with traps, F Series terminators, F fittings, and filters. The locking terminator tool is very light and durable.

Combination locking terminating tools can open Gilbert NS-Series terminators with this terminator (A and B) and also LTT style terminators. Two terminating tools integrated into one versatile tool. One tool that can handle a majority of the popular terminators found in the field. The locking terminator tools will engage quickly and smoothly into the terminator and remove it swiftly.

To use a terminator tool:

Simply pull down on the handle ring (or actuator) to retract the metal ears or metal tabs
Insert the terminator tool into the terminator and release the handle ring (or actuator)
Twist the terminator tool either clock wise or counter clockwise to lock or unlock the terminator from the enclosure or terminator locked box. Receive maximum torque when the terminator tool is used with the Triple Thr3at Nextwizt Magnetic Handle

These terminator tools are offered in a universal length. Offering maximum flexibility and reaching tight location terminators. was handy on the job

allot of cable locating goes on around my neck of woods. normally i depend on a simple terminator tool. instead of cutting off some traps and filters I planned to reuse them. that required the necessity of the right tool. this gilbert terminating tool gtt7 worked out fine and came in handy. i especially like the additional barrel remover on the other end. thank you.

when they arent finger tight

Been a Broadcast Engineer for most of my life. I've mainly used cabelcon locking terminator tool and secure sleeve tools inside a cable headend and distribution box where the connectors are closely spaced and sometimes deep in an equipment rack. Most of them you get too with the fingers, because they are finger tight. With others I found using some of these tools inside of a pair of pliers to loosen the terminator.

travel size fits in pocket

Not much to comment on... With the CATV tap lock tool it takes a few minutes to block cable ports. The good is that you can pull open a demarc box in minutes. Its travel size to fit in tool bag. I would recommend this cable tv terminator tool.

coax box keys

I am a TTV installer and recently I was needing to access a locked coax box. I was not provided any keys to access those boxes and every time I call shaw they tell me that they are not authorized to open them for anyone. I ordered a few of the right tools here from my group. We have since laid cat 5 in the apartment building. Tks for the fast delivery and helping us get the right coax box keys.
