OK Experience the 2nd time
The product is fine. The 1st time I ordered, I ordered 12 items thru regular mail. It was a nightmare and took about 10 emails, to which I received automated responses. No human would call or interact with me, which really pissed me off. I eventually got the tools a month later. The second time (recently), I ordered and paid for 2nd day air service. I got the tools in 4 days. The tools are fine. The customer service sucks. Plain and simple.

I'll definitely be using 4 side ped star key from now on from here. Now, the true test is whether this thing lasts, or just stops working in two months like a other star keys. That said, if you're trying to pick a cable box key nut driver, I'd feel confident going newelectronx.

on ebay for over 500 bucks, got here for cheap
We use the DIV-01207854 on the job all the time and we need to buy some more, but on ebay they wanted over 500 bucks for 1 darn catv tech lockbox 4 sided star key cable tool.
