setup, or just a "How Do I Do This..." type of question that relates directly to NEX products, we are here to help.

NOTE: Direct support is provided ONLY if truly needed and completely necessary.
Most answers can be found in your manual,
discussion forum, or the knowledge base.

What Type of Product Support Does NEX Provide?

There are 4 options for Product Support:
1. Manual / Installation Support
These manuals are available for all products that require and have manuals associated
with them.
2.
Discussion Forum
Unlimited access to support is provided through the discussion forum. NEX customers are
encouraged to post any questions they may have to the discussion forum. This is your discussion forum!
3. Knowledge Base
Browse our knowledge base FAQ section for frequently asked questions. Most questions that you may have
or want to ask will be located in this area.
4. Customer Helpdesk
Direct email support for NEX installation and setup questions. Standard Support is provided for a period
of 30 days from the date of purchase, NO EXCEPTIONS.
NOTE: Experience has shown that reading the manuals provided with our products carefully during the first
24 hours after purchase answers most inquiries customers may need support or help to solve during installation
or setup issues. After that, it becomes easy and effortless. Looking for specific figures
for your cable box is not a valid support issue because the manuals give you alternative steps to remedy this
issue. If you have these types of questions, they should be directed to the discussion forum.
