Packaging
Packages are professionally packaged with certified USPS, FEDEX, or UPS materials and completely insulated for safe delivery.
Options
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. These delivery companies are available for your selection at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change the delivery service company on your order without prior notice to you.
Handling
Handling fees are automatically calculated for all orders and displayed in the shopping cart.
Insurance
USPS contains absolutely no shipping insurance. Please see Shipping Damage for further details on what our shipping insurance consists of.
Tracking numbers: USPS delivery company orders will include a parcel reference number. UPS and FedEx delivery company orders will include a tracking number. The respective number is viewable on the order status page after shipment from www.newelectronx.com facility.
International Customers
Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the product price, handling price, or shipping price. These charges are your responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying with www.newelectronx.com.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering company or when you pick the package up; do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
Address: Orders are shipped to the address selected on the payment provider website at the time of purchase.
All orders with void shipping addresses will be refused.
Shipping Damage
If you receive your package and the box or package looks damaged please address this with the delivery company of your package. Make sure you refuse the package and have the delivery company send the package back to us. If the delivery company leaves the package at your delivery destination without notice to you then do not open the package. Please take the package to your local delivery company and send the package back to us. Please contact us immediately via the helpdesk on our website and tell us about the damaged package and when you refused it. Please include original order id number and your name and complete address in your contact with us. Also, please include an email address where we can contact you regarding the damaged package. We require you to contact us within 3 business days of receipt of damaged product in order to file a claim. Most delivery companies will return the package free of charge at their discretion. We are not responsible for the shipping and/or handling in the event they refuse a package for any reason. Generally if you do not tamper with the package then they will send it back free of charge. You are responsible for any fees should they apply. Upon receipt we will inspect the package and replace it at our discretion if the order was purchased with shipping insurance and pending we are reimburse by the delivery company. See risk of loss for more details.
Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. www.newelectronx.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason prior to shipment. www.newelectronx.com further reserves the right any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item. Your order will be deemed accepted by www.newelectronx.com upon shipment of the products or performance of services that you have ordered. Title to goods passes to you upon delivery to the common delivery company. Orders placed over $1000.00 (U.S.) may require pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment. We may contact you in this event. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. www.newelectronx.com is not responsible to sell mispriced products or services. www.newelectronx.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products and/or services listed at an incorrect price, rebate or refund, or containing any other incorrect information or typographical errors. www.newelectronx.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.newelectronx.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the full amount of the charge.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from www.newelectronx.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our transferring the parcel into the custody of the delivery company.
Once the shipment leaves our warehouse, the customer is responsible for the arrival of the shipment. If the delivery company leaves the parcel at the door and it becomes lost/stolen or damaged in transit, we are not responsible for it. The delivery company, at their option, can leave a parcel at the door or attended. It is considered as a successful delivery by delivery company and www.newelectornx.com. The lost/stolen or damaged parcel is not very likely to happen, so it usually is not a problem; however, we should inform you to disclaim our liability in case your neighborhood/building has a problem with such issues.
Since circumstances can exist to render a parcel undelivered while in transit, we will honor the following at our discretion. If an order is lost during transit, we will file the appropriate forms to get a refund. Once www.newelectornx.com is informed that we received the refund, we will ship you a new product as soon as possible. We cannot ship it before we are informed, because if for some reason the package mysteriously arrives at your destination www.newelectronx.com will end up with two shipments sent. If that were to happen the delivery company would not reimburse www.newelectornx.com, because it is beyond our control.
www.newelectronx.com will not be held responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged parcel in shipments beyond its control.
Chargeback
Chargeback’s are not necessary when ordering with www.newelectronx.com. You are welcome to contact us directly via our Helpdesk Page if you need a refund or have any errors with our payment systems or order process. We can facilitate a refund quickly and hassle free without chargeback claims. IMPORTANT: Misuse of our payment providers or other failure to comply with contacting us to request a refund will result in closure or suspension of your account with us. Additionally, anyone who submits a fraudulent claim or furnishes false or misleading information on a chargeback claim form may be subject to criminal and/or civil penalties, including fines and imprisonment. These types of chargeback's are considered theft. We will take action in the event of chargeback’s to the greatest extent. Past chargeback attempts have incurred higher pay outs to various authorities exceeding the cost of the initial cost of the product. We are not responsible for any amounts due of you once action is taken. You are recommended to alert us by contacting us directly immediately at our helpdesk located on www.newelectronx.com website (newelectronx.com/contact.php) should you have any issues with your purchase and/or products. Other methods of contact are not recommended and will slow down any immediate resolutions to your issue. We will go through great lengths to ensure the issue is resolved amicably for both parties.
Warranty
All products carry a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase from defects in material and workmanship only. Warranties are with the primary purchaser. The warranty is void if the product is sold to another person or party. Altering, removing any labels, disassembling equipment or soldering to IC pins, PCB (board), or components will void the warranty. Intentional abuse is not covered by this warranty. www.newelectronx.com will not be responsible for any damage caused as a result of installation or use of our products.
Return and Refunds
Return policy is simple if you don't tamper with it, install it, solder it, break it, dismantle it, or trim the wires you can return it, with the exception to any microcontrollers or microchips. Customers must contact www.newelectronx.com via the helpdesk at newelectronx.com/contact.php to get a return material authorization (RMA) number. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items once it has been shipped from our facility. Shipping and Extended Warranties is non refundable. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs: initial purchase shipping & handling / return shipping & handling /exchange shipping and handling. Exchanging product after shipment is considered a return and will incur fees said herein. No returns because of system incompatibility. No returns because personal limitations. No returns on items that say all sales final. Items that are returned within 60 days will be issued a full refunds less restock fee and shipping/handling to your payment provider (or credit card) used at the time of purchase. Items that are returned within 90 days but after 60 days may be subject to restock fee, payment processor fees, and less shipping/handling fees. Returns greater than 90 days will receive a store credit less restock fee, payment processor fees, and shipping/handling. All returns must be shipped back with the same or equivalent shipping materials, pieces, and parts of the original packaging. Failure to include all items pertaining to the returned item will result in a fee deducted from the refund amount for the cost of the missing pieces. This includes the box and the internal packaging materials. Failure to acknowledge and adhere to the return / refund portions of www.newelectronx.com policy will be consider chargeback (please see chargeback for more details).

Referral fees are due on qualifying revenues. Qualifying revenues are determined as being derived from sales exclusive of taxes and shipping costs.

Referral fees are calculated once an order has been processed and fulfilled. Should an item be returned by a customer then we will deduct the corresponding referral fee from your account.
