I buy cable tools from and through Newelectronx regularly, since their prices quite often beat everyone else and the merchandise is first class. My first purchase was made back in 2004 when they did not offer free shipping. Prices of these cable tools have come way down and meanwhile the quality has gone up. Weird huh, but true. Truly a first class company. Keep up the excellent work. No one can compare.

Brand new tools, no junk. I got a refurbished tool from eBay before and it cost more and the tool was all beat up. This tool came brand new and never used. Did I mention the price was cheaper, well it was. Higher quality and lower price – you can’t beat that.

I've ordered from Newelectronx at least 30+ times and I have been happy each time. I mostly purchase directly from them for their gilbert terminator tool because their service is great and you can't beat free shipping on orders. Their order history and tracking is top notch. When I had to return an order purchase directly from Newelectronx it was very easy. I suggest you purchase directly from Newelectronx especially since other web sites have high priced items with lesser quality. Because if you have to return an item its easy and you don't need to call them on the phone, just email to get an RMA number
